Once your payment has been processed, we make it our priority to dispatch your order. Expected delivery time is approximately seven to 10 working days after payment.
How is my order shipped:
We deliver to your home or office via Australia Post. Delivery normally takes between five (5) to ten (10) days. Please note we only deliver to Australian addresses.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person – or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period – contact us via email or contact ENRG Sports customer service on 1800 003 674.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date on your order confirmation email:
Check to see if you have an attempted delivery card from Australia Post. Your parcel may be awaiting collection
Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel.

Please have your order receipt that you received by email available so we can track your order.
You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:
Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.
ENRG Sports will agree to exchange products where the customer has ordered the incorrect product. The customer must return the goods at their cost in accordance with our goods return policy and reorder the correct product through the website shopping cart.
